Another day, another market
Went to the farmer's market, now it opens at 8 instead of 6 and runs till 2. I still got up at the same time to go anyway. I went with a pretty laid back classic coord, between the knit tights, bloomers, petti, skirt, and coat, I stayed very warm.
My hat! I love it so much.
My main haul was bread, a loaf of farmhouse milk bread and french bread (which I froze for later this week) and a new jar of jam. It's "strawberry chocolate mint" and... that's exactly what it tastes like. Amazing. They also had strawberry and thai basil jam.
I also finally caved and got a ring from that jewelry table I adore. Only 5$ and the color matched Mary Magdalene's "Raspberry" colorway so perfectly. I really love wearing rings.
So that's how I spent my last 19$, go me~
OTL now, back to studying....

Your outfit looks adorable and that jam sounds absolutely delicious.
ReplyDeletestrawberry chocolate mint jam... that does sound interesting. I know there's a farmer's market around here somewhere - I should go see what there is to see someday.
ReplyDeleteStudying ;_; But yes, you look adorable and going to farmer's markets are pretty fun!
ReplyDeleteThat ring matching the dress is great!
ReplyDeleteWhat an exciting hall for just 19$ <3
I've never had milk bread before...what does it taste like? And your outfit is so darling :D
ReplyDelete@Ada It's very good, as far as white bread goes. Toasted, it has a very yummy crunchy crust and still soft inside part which is my favorite. It's apparently a very old recipe, but one of my favorite kinds of bread.
ReplyDeleteYou look so classy!
ReplyDeleteHow do you eat the French bread when it's frozen btw? Do you re-bake it or defrost it or something...?
So cute! Farmers markets are the best places to find things. Also great for the best honeys too.
ReplyDeleteMmm jam...:D
ReplyDeleteKewl story, bra! waiting for updates from you
ReplyDelete@Butters When I finish the milk bread, I'll just take the frozen french bread out and thaw it ^^;; It's just so it doesn't start molding before I can eat it, because breads from the markets have no preservatives like at the grocery store
ReplyDeleteunf farmers market, we have one here but I need to get my butt up and get to it! Your ring and coord are uber cute~
